Just so you know, Old Chicago was named after a pinball game, not Chicago Style anything at all. but w/a name like that of course there was a demand for Chicago Style pizza, so chefs went to work and made a cornmeal based dough which is a lot like "Chicago Style" pizza to answer that demand. so Old Chicago has Chicago decor, and the name of a PINBALL game but never had "Chicago Style" anything until about a year and a half ago. The founder just really liked beer and pizza and while probably enjoying a beer, tried to figure out a name for his new haven, looked over and saw the Old Chicago Pinball game, and he just went w/it. Just so you know sincerely, local brew pub crawler

I'd like to commend the Colorado-based jagdorks who own this chain -- not surprisingly, the same folks who run the Rock Bottom brewpub chain -- for giving Chicago pizza a bad reputation all over the west and midwest. Thanks guys! Note that they don't have one in or near Chicago. That should tell you how "authentic" this place is.

Great place to enjoy 1 or more of 110 beers from around the world. Friday and Saturday nights are PACKED. There is also an Old Chicago at the Boise Towne Square Mall.
